Corner guard well placed!
When we have a new car, we have the feeling that our parking space has “shrinked” because we want to avoid impacts against the wall not to get any scratches which can be provoked by only one centimetre when doing parking manoeuvres.
To avoid this problem and get the security against “attacks” from the wall, the best option is to place parking protections which will stop inconveniences. Today we will place a parking corner guard together.
There are many corner guards on the market but today we will explain the best way on how to place a protection for your parking slot made of technical foam which is the correct one that will take care of your car thanks to its material.
Installation tips as follow:
Before placing the self adhesive corner guard, we need to clean the excess of dust on the surface. Dust and humidity are adhesives’ enemies and they can damage its functionality and durability. If the surface is rough, we need to get it flat whether sanding it or adding glue.
Take the protective paper of the adhesive off on one of the edges. Slide the corner guard against the surface, until the adhesive makes contact with one of the edges that need protection. Now, the other protective paper of the adhesive off and stick it on to the wall. This installing way, will avoid making too much strength when opening. The glue will be more efficient and long lasting. Put pressure with your hands to finish sticking.
